Words, sites & systems that convert.
Digitelle is a senior consultancy for founders and small teams who need marketing, design, and technical execution handled at a senior level — one accountable lead, backed by a vetted network of designers and developers.
What we do
Product Marketing
Positioning, messaging frameworks, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and launch planning for products that need a story the market actually remembers.
Web Design & Development
Conversion-focused sites, managed end to end. I lead the strategy, copy, and design direction; trusted developers from my network build it. You get one point of contact and one standard.
Branding
Brand essentials for businesses finding their voice: identity, palette, typography, and a messaging guide your whole team can actually use.
AI Systems Design & Integration
Practical AI, wired into how you already work. I walk your process with you, find where AI genuinely fits — and where it doesn't — then build semi-automated pipelines with human checkpoints where judgment matters. And because tools don't adopt themselves, every rollout comes with a change plan: readiness assessment, early enrollment of your team, and the training that makes new habits stick. No hype, no pilots that never ship.
Content Suite
Copywriting, blog writing, and SEO content that ranks and converts — plus meticulous editing and proofreading for business and academic work alike.

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price before work begins — no hourly surprises. Larger scopes (full GTM strategy, AI integration builds, multi-page sites) are priced per project after a discovery call. 50% to begin, 50% on delivery.
How it works
Discovery call
A free 30-minute conversation about where you are and where you need to be. You leave with an honest recommendation — even if it's a smaller scope than you expected.
Scoped proposal
A fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal with clear deliverables and timeline. You know the full cost before you commit to anything.
Async delivery
Work happens async with weekly check-ins. You always know what's done, what's next, and when it lands.
Senior judgment on everything, specialist hands on the build. Strategy, messaging, project management, and the change management that makes new ways of working stick stay with me; design and development are executed by a network of specialists I've vetted and manage directly.
Digitelle works with early-stage startups, solo founders, and small businesses who need senior-level execution without agency retainers or a full-time hire. You get one point of contact, one fixed price, and one standard — I carry the project, the network carries the craft. Academic editing clients include graduate students, researchers, and faculty.
Every project starts with a conversation, not a contract. If Digitelle isn't the right fit, you'll leave the discovery call knowing who is.
Questions
What does working with Digitelle look like?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. From there you get a scoped proposal with fixed deliverables, timeline, and price — no surprise invoices. Most projects run async with weekly check-ins.
Who do you typically work with?
Early-stage startups, solo founders, and small businesses who need senior-level marketing, design, or technical execution without agency overhead or a full-time hire. Academic editing clients include grad students, researchers, and faculty.
I'm not sure which service I need. Can you help?
Yes — that's what the discovery call is for. Many clients come in asking for a website and leave with a positioning strategy first, because the messaging was the real problem. You'll get an honest recommendation even if it's a smaller scope than you expected.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $4,900 for a launch site and $300 per page for website copy. Every project is quoted as a fixed price up front based on scope. Retainers start at $1,800/month and come with priority turnaround.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% to begin, 50% on delivery for project work. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Can you handle both strategy and execution?
Yes — that's the point of Digitelle. Strategy, brand, and copy are led directly by me; design and development are executed by specialists from my vetted network, managed under one plan and one fixed price. You never have to coordinate a strategist, a writer, and a developer yourself.
What's a typical timeline?
Landing pages and brand essentials: 2–3 weeks. Full websites: 4–6 weeks. AI integration projects: scoped individually, usually 4–8 weeks. Content work: 5-business-day standard turnaround, rush available.
How do you approach AI projects?
Assessment first, build second. I start with a walkthrough of your existing process and prioritize use cases against defined criteria — then design semi-automated systems with human checkpoints, not black boxes. Every engagement includes change management: a readiness assessment, early team enrollment, and a change action plan so the tools actually get adopted.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?
Yes — optional monthly retainers for content, site maintenance, SEO, or fractional product marketing support. No long-term contracts; retainers are month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment.
